Maintenance & Landscaping:

• We have been full time since the Summer of 2025, completing daily maintenance appointments throughout the area - both residential and commercial.

• We owned three homes while in the military and learned maintenance skills like roofing, painting, plumbing, and electrical from co-workers, family, and friends.

• We had a small landscaping company in New Jersey while in the military.

• Participated in construction, remodels, inspections, and upkeep while working in different levels of building management on military bases.

• Snow Mountain Ranch resort - Housekeeping Director for 2000+ guest resort. Many duties, including leading the carpet cleaning team and flood restoration response.

• Certified in flood and fire response and mitigation.

• We lived in a small community and my family completed most repairs and projects on our properties. I remember sitting on our 2nd story metal roof with a hammer before age 10 - not sure what I was doing :) but I remember it!
